In this highly experiential course, we will explore core practices and principles for supporting the human and academic development of students and sustaining ourselves as educators. Based on the model developed by Rachael Kessler and the PassageWorks Institute, this course will offer practical classroom strategies, theoretical frameworks, and opportunities to share with and learn from colleagues.
